2. Ultimate Johnny Cash: Walkin’ the Line

When: 7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11

Where: Arbogast Performing Arts Center, 500 S. Dorset Road, Troy

Details: American singer and actor Scott Moreau has traveled the world performing as Johnny Cash for nearly a decade. This production is based on interviews, anecdotes and portions of “Cash: The Autobiography.” Moreau will perform more than 25 of Cash’s best-loved songs.

3. Beethoven’s Emperor Concerto

Details: Pianist Ian Parker will be spotlighted for Beethoven’s “Emperor” Concerto, widely considered among his greatest works. This Dayton Philharmonic concert also features composer Elena Ruehr’s “Sky Above Clouds, inspired by the paintings of Georgia O’Keefe, and Brahms’ Symphony No. 3.

Five Rivers MetroParks hosted Family Skate Day at the MetroParks Ice Rink, located at RiverScape MetroPark in downtown Dayton on Sunday, Jan. 5, 2025. 8. AFC/NFC Wild Card Round Watch Party
